WWG has taken the guess work out of finding a General Contractor on Cape Cod that will do what they say, when they say.  After years of frustration with managing General Contractors, our Principal, Kevin Lolley, knew homeowners were starving for professionalism.  As a result, WWG is now a licensed Unrestricted Construction Supervisor.  WWG is fully insured with Liberty Mutual for both Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation.  In addition, all subcontractors engaged by WWG have their perspective trade licenses and insurances verified before work begins on your home. From custom homes to remodels and repairs, we've done the timely and costly sub-contractor vetting process for you.

Home Watch Reporting

What is a Home Watch service? The term 'Home Watch' is used to refer to absentee homeowner inspections, unoccupied residences or property inspection services. These services are designed for second home owners and rental property owners who are away from their properties, Home Watch is a service that provides assurance and protection for your home and the systems that run it, through regular on-site inspections. During these visits, a Home Service Manager will look for signs of damage or danger, both immediate and potential.  Upon the completion of each Home Watch visit clients will receive an emailed Summary Report.
